We created a digital video series with 2 characters named Kate & Heather to show that Walgreens "gets" beauty (bonus points for figuring out who the Kate character is). The series won a silver CLIO and got an overwhelming amount of positive consumer engagement online. On the business side, the campaign increased perceptions of Walgreens as a "trusted beauty destination" to put it ahead of Ulta, Target, CVS, and Walmart on this benchmark and saw a significant increase in beauty product sales in every category for the following year.
